Steve,
Yes you would need to create two (2) profiles, and only add the mail
account(s) for that profile. Do not have the mail accts listed in both
profiles.

Again with Outlook closed Control Panel Mail Show Profiles Make sure
prompt for profile is selected Select the first profile Properties Select
*.PST file or files one at a time assigned to that profile Settings Data
files Change Password Select box to add password to your password list if
you choose.

You may have multiple *.PST files assigned to an individual profile, if you
use IMAP or HTTP (HotMail) accts in that profiles. And you will need to add
a password to each one.
