If you're putting the Group name in BCC, put at least one address (i.e.,
yours) in the TO field.

I am running OE6 and XP sp 2. This started a couple of weeks ago. We use
charter for e-mail. Can receive mail fine and can send out to one
recipient. Cannot send to a distribution list (group). This particular
group has around 25 members. I get the message:
An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Testing', Account:
'pop.charter.net', Server: 'mail.charter.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '421 Message rejected', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error:
421, Error Number: 0x800CCC67
Does anyone have a clue? I have called charter, but their standard
response
is if you can do it through the web client, then it isn't our problem. I
think it is something to do with their spam blocking, but maybe it could
be
an outlook express problem.
Thanks in advance.
