After furious head scratching, asked:

| Over the past few months i have seen an increasingly amount of users

| sporadic and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to why we are seeing
| this error. Most users complain that they get the error when adding an
| attendee, and or chaging the time. Any help would be greatly
| appreciated, i have searched long and hard and have had no luck. We
| are running exchange 2k3 sp2 on two mailbox servers and clients are
| running Outlook 2003 with sp2. I have tried creating new profiles,
| installing sp3, clearing froms cache.
