Default Emails Not Received from One Address

Hi Mike,

It did turn out to be a rule I didn't know about. I disabled the rules and
the problem disappeared. Thanks for your response.

Regards,

Do you have more than one mail account in OE (Tools, Accounts, Mail)?

New messages use the default account, replies use the OE account that
downloaded the original message. If you do have more than one mail
account, compare the General Tab in them. The default account may have
something different for the e-mail address.

Another thing to check is if the two accounts use different signatures.
The signature for the default account may be triggering something at her
end.

For the difference to be in her OE, it would have to be in Tools,
Message Rules and either the mail rules or Blocked Sender List (which
would send the message to her Deleted Items on download).

Hi. Got a weird problem.

A friend of mine and I are both using OE6 to communciate. When I send
her an
email, it is received by her service. She can see it on webmail, but
for some
strange reason, OE will not download it.

I checked her spam software (CA) and it seems to be fine. The message
is not
going to her junk folder, and my address is in her approved list.
Also, when
I REPLY to a message she sends to me, she is able to get that. It just
seems
to be new messages I address to her from myself that don't get
downloaded to
OE. She does seem to get all other messages. She even has other
identities in
OE that I can send messages to without a problem.

Quite puzzled. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
