Location of saved Draft Emails

It is an application called Sendouts. Please note that when I am
drafting the email within Sendouts it opens up an Outlook untitled
pane window to compose the email message.
A genuine Outlook compose window opens? Hmm.. If clicking FileSave
doesn't put it into Drafts, I really don't know how to advise. Open Outlook
so that you can see the folder list. Then use Sendouts and click FileSave.
Do you see any unread messages appear in any folder? While I don't have
Sendouts, clicking FileSave in a new message window always adds the message
to Drafts for me.
