Default cannot send and receive

Well, lets see,,,
You dont know how to fix it, or you wouldnt be asking,
so your opinion aint worth much,
why not try the offered solutions,
since they were offered because,
wait for it,
they have a history of working to solve just your problem

password/usernames
they are stored its when I try to send/receive the windowcontinually pops

up.

I think it maybe more an issue with OE not recognising my internet

connection
