Dear Russ,

How would I know the answer to the question -- how did I corrupt my file? I
moved my Outlook 2002 address over to 2007 using the eash transfer cable and
cable program. That is all I know.

If the file is corrupt what are the specific steps I would take to fix it or
to get an uncorrupted file. Please be specific since I know very little
about this type of procedure.

I followed the instructions for using Contacts as my Outlook Address

but when I got to step two -- on the Outlook Address tab select "show this
folder as my email address book -- the check box and option were both
grayed
out so I could not select them. How can I access this option. Please be
