I thought I needed it to obtain my emails, unable to do so at the moment.
Have bought outlook express for my laptop and thought I woud be able to
syncronise my diary but then realised I needed the same package on my iPAQ.
Would appreciate help as new to hand held device. If this is not the method
please explain on how I obtain my emails whilst on the move.

this is not what you want for the IPAQ. It comes with Pocket OUTLOOK which
syncs with Microsoft OUTLOOK on the PC. Microsoft OUTLOOK on the PC is
part of Microsoft OFFICE and is not the same product as OUTLOOK EXPRESS
which comes as part of the OS.

If you hard reset the IPAQ it will reset back to 'as new'. You will need
to do a clean reset. here are the instructions
