Default Importing mail box folders

I recently built a new computer and have it set up with Microsoft
XP Pro. I was able to transfer my Outlook Express 6 address book
informaiton from my old computer to the new one and this works
well, but I can not figure out how to transfer all the mailbox
folders I had set up in the old computer's Outllok Express 6
installation. I have MANY messages from friends, professionals,
etc, in various mailbox floders in the old installation but can
not figure out how to move these mailbox folders to the new
computer. Can someone please give me some guidance? Thanks in
advance.

I found the .dbx folders buried deeply in C:/Documents and
Settings/User Name/Local Settings/Applications
Data/Identiti8es/CED*****/Microsoft/Outlook Express. I copied
these .dbx folders to a ZIP disk and moved them to the same place
on my new comptuer but they aren't recognized when I open Outlook
Express in the new computer.

What do I need to do to Outlook Express in the new installation
to get it to see and use these .dbx folders?

Gordon
