The NG subscription information is stored in folders.dbx. However, if you
shared the store across platforms and wiped out the accounts, then that will
be reflected in changes to folders.dbx, so its unlikely that you will be
able to recover from that.

If you had backed up both the registry settings and the message store
previously, then you could have restored things.
