Default Print BCC field in outlook 2003

I didn't say I agreed with it - but many businesses require printed copies
for various reasons that often only make sense to the person who made the
decision to print everything.

That's usually not an issue - more people need to file printed copies

I have to say, as a Systems Accountant, I despair at the numbers of people
who can't see that electronic filing (as in a pst file) is FAR superior to
paper-based archive - when was the last time you carried a filing cabinet
in your pocket or briefcase? Does a filing cabinet allow you to search by
a phrase or word that is IN the document? I had a Financial Controller I
worked for who RELIGIOUSLY printed out EVERY email he ever received and
put it into a file - what a waste of time, paper and computer resources!
Yes I can see the need to print if you are submitting evidence in a court
of law say, but I cannot for the life of me see any other reasons....
