And I have a close friend whose cow-orker religiously prints every email she receives, reads the printed copy, and then throws it away. sigh....

|| cabinet allow you to search by a phrase or word that is IN the
|| document? I had a Financial Controller I worked for who RELIGIOUSLY
|| printed out EVERY email he ever received and put it into a file -
|| what a waste of time, paper and computer resources! Yes I can see
|| the need to print if you are submitting evidence in a court of law
|| say, but I cannot for the life of me see any other reasons....
