News Groups
It's usually similar to setting up an email account. Just swap nntp for

I upgraded to Outlook Express 6 and lost my news group server loacations
I
do not know how to find the location of news group servers. I tried help
it
just says inter the server address. How and Where do I get these address
Ask your ISP or whomever you were using before for newsgroups service.
They will know what are the server names to use.
Microsoft operates its own NNTP server (msnews.microsoft.com) but
obviously it only contains newsgroups related to Microsoft topics.
