IE6 which contains OE6 is a part of XP. Always was an will be. Unless you
are running Vista and not XP, it is on your installation disk and somehow
got deleted from your machine. (Didn't know that was possible).
You checked in the Control Panel as suggested? And all the other
suggestions?

Although written for WinXP, it works for all Windows operating systems 98 or
newer.

there is no c:\program files\outlook express group in both c and d
drive. i have found ie6setupOe.exe from some download website whose
name i have forgot, but when i try to run it, it says that
"setup has detected a new version of IE already installed on
this system. setup cant continue."
it looks that IE7 dont come with OE and it wasnt installed by IE6 and
now i cant find the download link for OE on microsoft website.
