Open OE and create a folder with the *exact* same name as the one on the
Desktop. Open the new folder and then close OE. Go to Windows Explorer

locate the Message Store folder for your OE identity, but don't open it.
Click on the Desktop and drag the file from the Desktop in the right hand
pane to the OE store folder in the left pane. Prompt - "Do you want to
overwrite......."? Click Yes.

I've followed your solutions for others so here's my scenario:

the message: No messages can be found in this folder or another

is running that has the required files open. Please select another

I have copied the files (each are not Read-Only) to another folder
named
email, checked off the Read-Only mode, hit Apply, then close it out.
After
checking properties again, the email folder says it's Read-Only again
but
each individual file is not. If this is the problem, how do I correct
it?

Your help will be much appreciated.
