Default error code 0x800CCC0F

The *entire* error message would be helpful, but I suspect that this is the
answer.

Error 0x800ccc0d or 0x800ccc0f or 0x800ccc19 when Receiving or Sending
E-Mail

Turn off the e-mail scanning in your anti-virus.

You are still protected:

If you have an Anti-Spam program, that can also be the cause of the error.

I'm unable to send email through OE--a message appears with this error
code
at the end. Can anyone tell me what to do about it? There was another
error
code that I was able to find in an e/c list, and fixed that; don't see
instructions on how to fix this one.
Thanks,
Dave Goodwin
