I go to account settings and ask it to repair and it comes back with Problem
Connecting to Server. I do have a valid internet connection and have no
problem with other internet capabilities. What's VPN? No challenge for
credentials. My IT persons says everything is setup correctly.

for your credentials? When your IT person tests your remote access, does it
work? Are there any error messages and/or numbers?
