I think you'll find that's a flaw in Outlook that doesn't have, (AFAIK) any
workaround. For example, I have an ics calendar on a website that other
calendar applications can read and write to - but if I subscribe to it in
Outlook, it's read-only. A fatal flaw don't you think? MS obviously have
gone off at half-cock on this one...
