Michael, The info you asked about in the dialog box.
App Name--msimn.exe. Ver 6.0 2800 1106.
Mod name--inetcomm.dll. Ver 6.0 2900 2670.
It happens mostly when I am trying to view them. I most cases it is when
there is a picture of some kind in the message. The last time it happened I
had my wife send me an email with a picture, it came through okay

It's important to know the Details. When you get an "Illegal Operation"
or "encountered a problem" message, there is usually a Details button
(In WinME press Alt/D), or a "click here" link to see the error report.
When you click on the button/link, it will give a message like: XXXX
caused an error in YYYY and a bunch of register nonsense or it will list
the Appname XXXX and Modname YYYY. The XXXX and YYYY are important to
identify the cause and solution. You can ignore the rest of the
message.
Also include what specifically you were doing when the error occurred.
You mention is happens when "accessing email messages". Does that mean
as they download, or when you try to view them? In the latter case,
does it happen in all mail folders or only some? Does it happen to all
messages or only some?
