Other than that and not sure if you use Microsoft Exchange, but if your

does, do you have the option turned on in Outlook Web Access that lets
users
change their domain password? Reason I ask is that if this feature is
turned on, OWA should display a notification in the web application
interface when it gets close to that time.

password in OWA, but thye dont get a warning email, or any form of
warning in OWA
