Yes, the re-registration was successful, but if you continue to have similar
problems, it's possible that the copy you are using may be corrupted.
That's why I also suggested you might want to extract a clean copy to
replace it.

Extract the copy to your c:\windows\system folder. After that go to
Start/Run ~ type regsvr32 inetcomm.dll and wait for message of

Then reboot and see if the problem is fixed.
