As a general rule, mail is returned undeliverable if the address does not
translate correctly. Errors in punctuation, syntax, etc., can make a
message undeliverable. Reply to addresses are often "spoofed" so clicking a
Reply button does not guarantee success. Try inserting your own address
into the Send to line and see if you receive it. If so, the problem is with
an incorrect address.
