Assuming the dll exists;
The add-in may not be registered correctly. So, try registering the dll with
the following steps.

1. Exit Outlook.
2. On the Start menu click Run
3. In the Open box type the following and click OK.

regsvr32 "c:\program files\microsoft office\office\addins\outbak.dll"

NOTE: You may need to adjust the above path to Outbak.dll to match the
location on your computer.
Also check under Outlook comms/addins that the backup addin is selected

Has pfbackup working, but after installing server its disappeared(as
