Default Repeating meetings

if they meet the recurring rules, you could create a recurring appointment.
Otherwise, you'll need to use milly's method.

Thanks, Gena. This did achieve copying the meeting on 6 different
calendar
dates.

However, I didn't word my question well because what I really was trying
to
do was create an invitation for multiple occurrences of a meeting without
having to send out individual invites for each occurrence. By copying the
meetings, the individual received 6 different invitations...I was hoping
to
somehow achieve one invitation with the 6 different dates included in it.
Thanks for listening.

Ctrl-Dragging the appointment to the Date Navigator is also a quick and
easy
way.
