Well the problem is that I have archives since 2001 with huge size. These
files are not on my laptop, rather its on my storage device located at my
office. Therefore opening these files in Outlook is not a good approach due
to avaliability.

Thats why I need an external tool.

Why not just index them? Open them in Outlook (File-Open-Outlook Data
File) as you can have many .pst files open in one Outlook session. Then
your search options are increased and your frustration index is decreased -
hopefully.
