Thanks Russ for the suggestion. I created a new profile, but the same problem
occurs with the new profile.

Reinstalling won't help a thing. Also, Outlook 2007 retains a bug that
prevents you from repairing the address service. Creating a new profile
might help.

For some reason when I try to reply to, forward or create a new email when
