Outlook 2007 Locks Up
When you created the new profile, did you do so from scratch with a unique
name? Does the Outlook Address Book Service appear correctly in this
profile? Are you running against a local data file or Exchange Server?

Reinstalling won't help a thing. Also, Outlook 2007 retains a bug that
prevents you from repairing the address service. Creating a new profile
might help.

For some reason when I try to reply to, forward or create a new email
when

click on the To, cc or bcc buttons Outlook locks up and I have to go to
the
Task manager and terminate the program. The same thing happens if I try
clicking on the address book in the message window. I can open the
address
book in the main window of outlook without a problem.
Also if I open a contact group and try to add an existing contact to
the
group this also locks up the program.
I have tried the repair feature and it finds nothing wrong.
Is there something I can try short of reinstalling the software which
may

may not fix the problem?
