In short, uninstalling McAfee Site Advisor (free) via Add/Remove Programs
should resolve the problem. After doing so, you should also run this McAfee
removal tool:

NB #1: If Site Advisor is installed as part of a McAfee suite (e.g., McAfee
VirusScan Plus/Internet Security/Security Center), simply remove the Site
Advisor component from the suite, don't uninstall the entire suite.
NB #2: If you don't want to remove the entire McAfee suite, do NOT run the
removal tool!
