which printing template are you using?

FWIW, there are a number of 'bugs' in outlook 2007's printing engine. Some
are fixed in SP1, some are not. Since I don't know exactly how you are doing
I can't verify if its fixed. (I suspect not however as a similar bug with
calendar events is not fixed.)
