In the future, keep your finger off the Shift key when hitting the Del
key. That key combo is for a PERMANENT delete action. Bruce noted
some utilities that can recover the delete-marked records in the
database files but if you or OE has compacted the database files then
those delete-marked records got physically purged from those files.
Then your only recourse is to restore from your backups. If you don't
regularly run [scheduled] backups then you have deemed your data as
unimportant.
