I just clicked on an email in my inbox, and a different one shwoed up. I
checked other folders, and found them OK. came back to Inbox and found

8 mails. There were over 4800 mails in it. Inbox.dbx is still 335MB. I
copied
the Outlook Express folder to another for safety. I deleted Folders.Dbx,
and
restarted OE, but no luck: Inbox still has only 8 mails.

Can someone help me get back my email??

Go to the Inbox and click View | Current View. Make sure "Show all
messages" is the only thing checked.
