If you go to 'Control Panel|Default Programs|Set your default programs',
does Microsoft Office Outlook appear in the list? If it does, set it to be
the default program and make sure it has all it's defaults. If it doesn't,
open Outlook, go to ''Tools|Options|Other', and make sure the "Make Outlook
the default program for E-mail, Contacts, and Calendar" checkbox is checked.
You can also try starting Outlook from 'Start|Run' using:
Outlook /checkclient
Which forces Outlook to check if its the default program.

Hi,
Whenever I click on a mailto link, windows mail opens instead of outlook
2003. I tried to change the mailto protocol, but outlook does not appear
on
the list.
Please let me know how to fix.
Thanks
Sue
