Cannot find MAPI32.dll
I have checked and changed the registry entry as suggested. Still no go

Hi Michael, Thanks for your help. Yes, MYOB claim it works with Outlook
Express.
I followed your suggestion and changed the settings in Programme access and
defaults. They did not take effect though. I have Outlook Express set as
the default mail handler within Outlook Express. I repeatedly tried to
change the programme access and defaults, but it just won't change.
I will now try the link to microsoft.

Outlook Express is a SIMPLE MAPI program. If MYOB requires a FULL MAPI
program, it won't work with Outlook Express and you will need a program
such as Outlook 97/98/2000+ (part of Office).
If MYOB should work with a SIMPLE MAPI program, then try the following:
OLEXP: "Send To" and E-mail Links Do Not Work with Outlook Express
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=306098
Also, in Windows XP: Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Set Program
Access and Defaults, Email and select Outlook Express.

I use MYOB accounting plus v17. When I wish to e-mail from within the
programme I get an error message Cannot load MAPI32.dll Please
install MAPI.
The programme crashes. I have MAPI in outlook express. OE is my
default
mail client.
I have removed and reinstalled MYOB, I am reluctant to reinstall OE or
internet explorer as I am on dial-up and have no wish to wait 3 years
for
updates to download.
MYOB claim it is a microsoft problem. Microsoft are being typically
unhelpful.
Can anyone help?
