Default Change Appointment Height in 2007

Probably not. Install SP1 - it fixes a number of calendar printing problems.
If that is not one of the things fixed, try the calendar printing assistant.
There are 3rd party tools you can use -
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp - the word templates are
free and work well but the other addins may meet your needs better.

Is there a way to decrease the vertical distance between the appointments
on
a printed calendar out of Office 2007? The new version has what looks
like
buttons for each event that are a static height. I have deleted the color
categories. I need to get many events to print on a day without overflow.
