Look for an account that supports POP3 & SMTP access.
To the OP: Where are you located? Most any e-mail account should be
usable with OE, including IMAPI and POP/SMTP. Perhaps if you explained
the problems you are having it would be easier to answer. I notice you
indicate three languages in the Headers so it's hard to figure where you
are countrywise, although it appears to be a NA tracking.
