Are you getting a message back in your Inbox that says that?
That error would indicate that either the e-mail address you are sending
to is bad, or perhaps you are trying to use the wrong SMTP mail server or
have incorrect settings for it. Look in OE at Tools, Accounts, Mail,
Properties, Servers. Check with your ISP or mail service for the correct
settings.
You are generally limited to using your ISP's SMTP mail server.
