Hi,

All you have to do is go under My calendars and tick the calendars you want
visible. You can then choose to overlay them too and that way you will be
able to have a visual idea of what your day looks like...once you can see all
the apt, meetings, events and tasks you have.

To overlay a calendar, open it and then click on the arrow next to the
calendar name. It will then overlay with the other calendar.
