No, of course not. That means that each message that is addressed to that
address is automatically considered as safe. Kinda defeats the purpose of
having a Junk Email filter ;-)

Both machines are downloading mail from my hosted site using: incoming
POP3/
outgoing SMTP.
Both machines exhibit zero junk e-mail filtering
Both have their Outlook junk e-mail filters set to high.
Steps I have tried to get both machines back to filtering junk e-mail.
1. Removed and reinstalled Outlook 2003 junk e-mail updates
2. Made sure Office SP3 is installed on both
3. Ran Detect and Repair several times on both machines. Rebooting just
to
make sure.
4. Removed Ad-Aware 2007 on both to insure I have only one scanning
tool
engaged
5. Laptop is running AVG 7.5 anti virus
6. Desktop is running McAfee anti virus
7. Changed settings inside Outlook Junk e-mail fliter, to low (apply)
then
to HIGH (apply)
Nothing above changes anything, all junk mail is downloaded into my
inbox,
while the junk mail folder is empty
