Multiple Calendar
When I click on the calendar on the left side navigation pane (folder list),
I can only see one calendar at the time, and even going through the menus I
can not find anything that will let me do this

All you have to do is go under My calendars and tick the calendars you

To overlay a calendar, open it and then click on the arrow next to the
calendar name. It will then overlay with the other calendar.
