When I click on OE 6, icon it try to startup but just hangs and doesn't get
past the outlook express screen splash. I have went into add remove prog and
removed and then added again but issue still exists. I have also went into IE
and removed tmps and cookies and history files. I have also run a virus scan
/ adaware and spybot scan in safe mode. any ideas on a fix
