Default How to migrate address book from one computer to second computer?

The WAB~ is a backup file and not needed to be transferred.

See
The Windows Address Book (WAB)
http://www.insideoe.com/files/wab.htm

The problem is likely that on the old PC, you had the contacts under the
identity, rather than the shared contacts. On the new Pc you would
have a new identity, even if it has the same identity name (e.g. Main).

You can open the address book outside of OE and move the contacts to the
shared contacts, then open the address book within OE and move them from
the shared contacts to the current identity.

I tried to copy two files of an address book from the old computer

My name.wab
My name.wab~

into Microsoft \ address book\ of new computer.

When OE was opened, it showed the list of addresses but I could not
see
anything under Create Mail \To.....
It is empty. Apparently, the newly copied wab did not work. Please
tell
me how to fix this problem.
TIA. Jorge
