Start your merge from Outlook. We have no idea what you have misconfigured
because you have provided no information that would permit us to tell.

MSN browser The default mail program is Outlook. The contact list is

I can do the merge in Word but to open both programs is an extra step.
Mainly the intended use with the Outlook portion is to print envelopes.
