You can sort this out in a couple of different ways. Either go to
FileWork
Offline, then FileFolderCompact all folders and leave it till it's done.

Or...if you know where your store directory is, close OE, navigate to the
store directory and delete the Deleted Items Folder. OE will make a new,
empty one when you next use it.
