incoming emails not visible
Dear Brian
Thank you for you continuing support. I am afraid that did not work. I
opened Outlook with the /clearviews switch and then I sent an email to myself
(from my wife's email address). I can see the incoming email on a webmail
application, but I cannot see it from Outlook. (I continue to be able to see
my outgoing messages from Outlook.)
I would be very grateful for any other suggestions. I keep feeling that
since mt wife's Outlook works perfectly well in all respects on this same
computer it must be possible to make mine do so too!
May I wish you a very Happy Christmas, and hope that we can continue this
investigation afterwards. (I am due to retire from my company in January, at
which point I hand in my company computer and email address and will be
dependent upon this working.)

Have you tried resetting your views? Start Outlook once with the
/cleanviews command switch.
