You have to resize the graphics before you insert or attach them. If you do
not have a photo imaging program already, this is a good free download.

If you attach them, a *copy* of the attachment is seen already opened after
the message body, not in it. This, of course, depends on the e-mail client
and how messages are viewed.
Using OE, you will see the copy of the attachment if you are reading in HTML
as opposed to Plain Text. Bottom line: You can control how you view them,
but not the people that you send them to.
