Default How do I import mail from Windows Mail into Outlook 2007?

I just did it successfully today. file/import and export/import from another
program or file/then choose windows mail from list (it's included with
outlook express) the wizard took me through the whole thing and the info was
already filled in for me, so it was easy. All my contacts are imported, plus
all my mail, appropriately dated etc. If you haven't fully activated the
outlook account yet, you would have issues. I had truckloads before I fully
set up outlook. (I still don't like outlook, Windows mail is easier by far to
use) FYI I have the 07 windows mail. I'm no expert, but hope this helps.

I recently installed Outlook 2007.
I want to import all my messages from Windows Mail into Outlook 2007, so I
can read them all in once place. How can I do this?

I tried:
File / Import and Export...
Import from Another Program
Windows Mail

but it only imports the Contacts, not the messages.
