when you right click, there should be a menu for options - or go to
tools, trust center, automatic download - you can control it from there.

I think something happened a few weeks back as now all my HTML headers
in a message show as red X's with no option to let the sender be trusted
to fix this (as used to happen). I am using 2007. I have tried all the
Trust settings possible and compared a laptop with identical Office Pro
2007 as well as Vista 32 Ultimate. The laptop doesn't have the red X
problem yet the main computer does. Freaking annoying!
