Old Computer has OE set to share its Contacts with Outlook. The owner does not
use Outlook. The last time I tried to separate them, the Contacts disappeared,
so I obviously did something wrong.

New Computer wants to use OE with WAB. What are the recommended best practices
for separating the conjoined WAB and Outlook Contacts (PST?) on Old Computer
such that WAB can be moved to New Computer? Export is grayed out.
