Go to 'Control Panel|Mail|Show Profiles', click the "New" button to create a
new profile, and be sure to NOT add the Exchange Server Service to it. Your
current profile has this service added to it and you aren't allowed to
delete or modify anything in the service unless connected to an Exchange
Server which you can't do. The next best plan is to make a new profile, set
it up with the correct services, then delete the old one you can't change.

i don'tthink that they use Exchange anymore. Good point. Now doyou know

how
to change it? I can, but it won't let me into the program at all. Those
windows po u before you can do anything, and when you exit the window it
exits the program.

Does your company use Microsoft Exchange server as their email server?

If so,
has a mailbox been created for you?

I am new to this company. When i first opened the program it says
"The connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable.

Outlook
must be online or connected to complete this action."
If I click "ok" it brings up a new window titled Microsoft Exchange

Server
and the tab is "general". If I click "ok" here it exits out of the

program.
Please help me reconfigure this so i can get this up and running for

this
office.
