no matter what I try to do, whenever I click on the picture and go to
send
to mail recipients the program takes me to what ever is listed in the
control panel under "mail and fax" I deleted the Microsoft outlook
that was listed there so the area was blank, I then tried to get
outlook express under that area and was unsuccessful and no matter
what I try nothing works and outlook express is the mail client. so I
guess I need some help on getting "mail and fax" to say the right

"vice Microsoft outlook"???

Are you saying it wants to send using MS Outlook rather than OE?

Make OE the default e-mail client:

See this if it still does not set as default:

I would like to be able to just click on a picture and then right
click and go to send to mail recipient via outlook express vice
Microsoft outlook so am looking for away to do that instead of
using insert in outlook express. don't know if that is possible.
